What have you got?
Meme-thief ;)
ReplyDeleteI should add some more detail to mine. The languages one, of course - taught myself Z80 assembler, BASIC (2-3 versions), C, C++, JavaScript, Delphi, PHP... hence why I suck at them but I can get by. However, I've also taight myself snippets of Thai, Vietnamese and German amongst other things. I suppose it depends on what level of fluency you call "taught" having to reach.
Well, some of the programming languages I taught myself are now ones that I am either being paid to develop with, or have been paid to develop with at some point.
ReplyDeleteAs for what level of fluency you need... If you know it well enough to get and understand directions I think that is good enough. If however, you only know enough to ask the other person "Do you speak English?" I don't think it counts.
Done, over at my place, in case you're interested.
ReplyDeleteDoes this make me a second-degree meme-thief?
Better than calling us a pair of nickers.
ReplyDeleteArgh.
